Refund Policy

Federal Tax Professional’s fees are non-refundable. Payments referred to herein shall not be refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to the termination of this Agreement for whatever reason. This Contract is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue of any dispute of this Contract shall lie in Broward County Court, Florida.
